There's no need to use any paid software or spend any bucks. I would recommend you to go for the manual trick before you go for any paid tool, you can try Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. You just need to run a couple of database console commands DBCC, DBCC DBREPAIR, and DBCC CHECKDB. There is a high Probability that you can repair with these commands. In the case. if you fail to manage with these commands can go for third party tool. you can opt for SysInfo Free SQL Database Recovery
