I am a recent graduate in Electronics Engineering, I have an interest in RTOS and OS in general, Would it be a good career prospect to learn the development OS, RTOS to be specific. Moreover, would be to my advantage to pursue this in line with my interest in robotics,
I am looking for an expert in this field for advice, kindly help me with the details

It is always a good career move to learn more! Whether learning RTOS stuff will be a good career move for you in particular depends on where you would want to go with your career. If your aim is embedded development, RTOS will almost be a required skill. In general, I'd say you would need to know at least the basics. You can go from there...
